1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of Garag3 Hackspace; by occupying the Hackspace, you accept these

terms and conditions in full.  If you do not accept any part of these terms and conditions, please do not occupy the Hackspace.

2. Use of Hackspace

i. Hackers agree to use the Hackspace only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of,

restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Hackspace.

ii. Hackers are fully responsible for the security of their personal belongings within the Hackspace.

iii. Hackers are entitled to occupy the Hackspace, rent free, for 30 days from the move-in date.

iv. Hackers must provide an update on the pre-agreed deliverables of the project upon the expiration of the 30

days to e27.

v. Hackers are subjected to rental payments after the rent free 30 days.

e27( in its sole discretion) reserves its rights to terminate the Hackers’ rental of the Hackspace if the above terms

are violated and/or the pre-agreed project deliverables are not satisfied without giving the Hackers a reason

and/or without further reference to the Hackers.

3. Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, Hackers own the intellectual property rights for all materials developed during their time

at the Hackspace.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, will e27 be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, exemplary,

special or consequential damages that result from the Hacker’s time at the Hackspace, even if e27 or an e27-

authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
